Baby(ies) no.2!

Whee...after waiting for 2 months since this, my most-est awaiting baby is here and its mine on 27th Aug 2011. So so so so happy. I have been bugging Woofy almost every week since he promise to get me 1. Hehe. =P

Been "lectured" abit when i said i wanted a new phone. This is because, he just got me my 1st smartphone 8 months ago in January this year. And now, i wanted a new phone again. But, its not my fault lor. He promised to buy me an Iphone or an Android phone earlier on but he conned me into getting the Samsung Wave. Keke...

This is my 8 month old Samsung Wave. (already changed ownership to Woofy`s sister)

Two sets of Samsung Galaxy S2. One for me and one for Woofy.

 Ta-daa...My baby. Hehe

Loving it so much. Hehe. Wont be changing phone for 2 years. But, i guess i wont be needing any more "powerful" phone anytime soon. This is more than enough for me.

Right now, im looking for accessories for my Baby S2. I wanted this so much.

 or this
but my colleague already got the Angel 1. Hmm...

So cute. Many colors to choose from too. Either White or Pink. But,where to buy? Buy online is so expensive. My colleague got her Angel at RM50. =O

Hmm...where to buy ar? If anyone of you know, please do tell me. Thanks in advance. =)

Baby(ies) is here!!

There are a few happy days happened last month. Thus, the title is as Baby(ies). =D

This post is for Baby no.1 which I`ve been waiting for so long and finally, she`s here. Hehe. A new member to our family!

Presenting my beautiful cute niece,Shanice Lim who`s born on 21st Aug 2011,2:52pm.

Till date, she`s 15days old now. She grew bigger day by day and cheekier everyday. For example, she dislike water so much that she will pretend to be sleeping if we fed her water. And, she`s super cranky if not given he r milk on time.

My sister said she likes water so much that her fav time is her bathing time that she will uses her legs to splash the water and laugh along. So cute. She`s easy to be taken care of to. Most of the time, she will be sleeping, sleeping and sleeping. When she woke up, its time for her milk and soon after that, she doze off again.

And, I notice something. She`s very sensitive to camera. Whenever I pointed camera at her, her eyes will look at the camera and stay still for me to shoot a picture of her.

Cant wait to bring her out and her to call me. Miss her so much now. Havent been seeing her for 2 days now. Cant wait to see her again.

Love you much,Shanice!

Little actions means alot....

Read a post from blog earlier on. Totally agree with what the writer wrote bout girls.

What actually a girl want? I think minor action really does made up her day especially me.

"A little effort is all it takes to understand girl by observing and discover what she really want from you. It really helps.

Such as:

1. Give her a morning text or a call when you wake up.
2. Surprise her with breakfast delivery without informing her at first.
3. Don't let her wait for over 10 minz or went missing half way texting or msn-ing. At least take a few sec or min to tell her that you need to do some urgent matter or busy
4. Have some conversation with her before head to bed or better, talk to her to bed.
6. Spend some precious time with her during weekends.
7. Appear at her house to surprise her without informing her at first.
8. Be there for her when she is down or upset.
9. Don't keep your problem to yourself. Share with her, she is willing to be your listener.
10. Hold her hand and tell her how much you miss her. ( once a while, not always pls!)
11. Send her home after outing, and give her a good night kiss before she leave the car.
12. A kiss on forehead before both headed to bed.
12. Hold each other hands and fall asleep together.
13. Leave her a small note (exp: you're beautiful) on her desk to surprise her when she awake.
14. Bare in mind what she likes and dislike.
15. Remember her full name instead of nickname.
16. Remember anniversary date and her birthday.
17. Celebrate few important days together. ( doesn't have to be grand, as long as you remember and surprise her)
18. Introduce her as your girlfriend instead of friend in front of your buddies.
19. Take care of her when she is sick.
20. Do whatever you have promise. If you can't, better don't promise anything. ( at least there's nothing to quarrel on)
21.Spend time to communicate with each other on daily basis.

Its not hard to understand what a girls want if you really observe well. =D

Upcoming gadget target!

A week back, Meowy posted something on my fb wall. I saw it, and I chuckled. Rupa-rupanya she wanted a new gadget.. Haha... And interestingly, I myself like the gadget very much too! Oh well, this is what we want to get as our newcomer in our gadget list:

The latest, most stylish, most powerful, most sexy (this 1 actually reserved for meowy only hehe), most over spec-ed Android phone in the world -- Samsung Galaxy S II.

Ok. It looks almost quite similar than its predecessor, but, BUT, it has a much much much more powerful spec than Galaxy S. Dual Core processor, SUPER AMOLED Plus screen, 8MP autofocus camera with LED flash, and best of all, it uses Android 2.3 Gingerbread (Although I hope for 3.0 Honeycomb wahahaha).

Speaking of this, we actually intended to get Galaxy S during early this year, but instead we got the Wave. It is a nice phone, but the only hiccup is the OS, which is Samsung's own developed Bada OS. It lacks the popularity of iOS and Android, thus less apps, less fun. But most importantly, I promised Meowy before to get her an Android, so this will be one to fulfill my promise to her.

So far, only Maxis has bundled package for S II, and it had an overwhelming response - totally out of stock nationwide just 1-2 days after the launch! Hmm, now waiting for Digi to launch it, hope can get it as soon as possible!

Lastly, more photos and a review video to share below:

Hong Kong Trip - Day 2 (Part 1)

On the 2nd day, we woke up at 7am. Quite an early time, but we're excited, because we were going to Disneyland! Hehe... After a bath, we packed our stuffs, and head to a restaurant nearby to have our breakfast. The restaurant serves dimsum, and we have to say that the dimsum is so marvellous! Malaysia's dimsum is really no match to HK's. It's just so authentic. Freakinglicious!

 The dimsum restaurant.

What we had for breakfast - Char Siew Polo Bun, Porridge, Siew Mai, Hau Gau and Cheong Fun. Oh YUMMY~~~

Having a dimsum meal in Hong Kong is like getting an LV handbag in France. The originality is unbeatable. We can't stop feeling good when having our breakfast. lol. After our breakfast, we head to MTR station to go to Disneyland.

 Mickey-shaped grip handle.

The journey to Disneyland wasn't long, it took us about 30 minutes to reach. Undoubtedly, Meowy is excited. Suprisingly, I felt excited as well! Ahaha.. I guess I really got influenced by her already. A picture tells a thousand words. Follow my pixxies here!
The big Mickey that welcomed us after the entry gate.

 Main street.

 Duffy's house!

The first park we went is Tomorrowland. Without any delay, we went to play Space Mountain! Space Mountain is 1 of the main attraction, and we're lucky that the crowd is still small. We queued for a short time, and it's finally our turn! Yippie! Our heart bibop bibop so quick as the roller coaster starts to move. It went up a slope for a short time, then WAAAAAAAAA SYOOOOK LEI!!! Haha! It was really fun, we enjoyed that!

After that, we proceed to Mickey's PhilharMagic - the first show that we watch on that day, It is a 4-D show, a very funny and exciting one! Especially when there's some water splash scene, we actually felt some water sprinkling at us! Haha!

Mickey's Philharmagic Stage.

After the show, we proceed to It's A Small World, which is actually a boat cruise. During the boat cruise, there're a few versions of It's A Small World song in different languages, and it was filled with many many many many dolls in many costumes and backgrounds from all over the world, such as Asia, Middle East, Europe, and so on. The whole boat cruise was so enjoyable because all the dolls are soooooooo cute! Just feel as if we turned back into kids.. Hehehe...

It's A Small World 1

It's A Small World 3

More to come soon, in part 2!

"What Are Words" ~ Are you keeping them?

Anywhere you are, I am near
Anywhere you go, I'll be there
Anytime you whisper my name, you'll see
How every single promise I keep
Cuz what kind of guy would I be
If I was to leave when you need me most
What are words
If you really don't mean them
When you say them
What are words
If they're only for good times
Then they don't
When it's love
Yeah, you say them out loud
Those words, They never go away
They live on, even when we're gone
And I know an angel was sent just for me
And I know I'm meant to be where I am
And I'm gonna be
Standing right beside her tonight
And I'm gonna be by your side

I would never leave when she needs me most
What are words
If you really don't mean them
When you say them
What are words
If they're only for good times
Then they don't
When it's love
Yeah, you say them out loud
Those words, They never go away
They live on, even when we're gone
Anywhere you are, I am near
Anywhere you go, I'll be there
And I'm gonna be here forever more
Every single promise I keep
Cuz what kind of guy would I be
If I was to leave when you need me most
I'm forever keeping my angel close

********
How many of us really keep to our words? Not much. But at least, don`t say something if you can't keep it. Don't ever give other people hope by just saying or promising something that you can't do. Words are cheap but to some, words mean alot.

Keeping promises is a very basic need in everyday life. Whether in a relationship or in friendship or even family or working place, breaking promises will hurt your integrity.

Think twice before you say something or promise someone something. Be wise.

Collecting my "Jar of Hearts"

i know i can’t take one more step towards you
cause all thats waiting is regret
don’t you know i’m not your ghost anymore
you lost the love i loved the most
i learned to live, half alive
and now you want me one more time
who do you think you are?
runnin’ ’round leaving scars
collecting a jar of hearts
tearing love apart
you’re gonna catch a cold
from the ice inside your soul
don’t come back for me
who do you think you are?
i hear you’re asking all around
if i am anywhere to be found
but i have grown too strong
to ever fall back in your arms
ive learned to live, half alive
and now you want me one more time
who do you think you are?
runnin’ ’round leaving scars
collecting a jar of hearts
and tearing love apart
you’re gonna catch a cold
from the ice inside your soul
don’t come back for me
who do you think you are?
it took so long just to feel alright
remember how to put back the light in my eyes
i wish i had missed the first time that we kissed
cause you broke all your promises
and now you’re back
you don’t get to get me back
who do you think you are?
running around leaving scars
collecting a jar of hearts
and tearing love apart
you’re gonna catch a cold
from the ice inside your soul
so don’t come back for me
dont come back at all
x2
who do you think you are?
who do you think you are?
who do you think you are?

*******
Totally can relate to this song. Fits every single thing in my life now. Emotions, feelings, thinking.

To myself: "Stop being so emo and so much negativity around me. Be strong and everything will be just fine." =D

HK Trip 28 - 31 Dec 2010: Day 1

Been planning for this since the end of 2009. Original plan was to go with my cousin as we both agreed to save money for 1 whole year and to enjoy it at year end.

But, her brother did not approve her to go. So, i ask Woofy if he`s interested to go with me instead and he said OK. Then, we began to plan for it somewhere in August or so. Finally, everything is confirmed in September and I was counting down day by day for the big day to come. Very excited!! Although it`s not my first trip to overseas but it is my first trip to be so far away from home and by my own. And, our first trip together to overseas. =) And, its Winter time. More excited!!

I leave home on the 27th of December to KL to join Woofy as our flight was at 6.25am the next morning. I couldnt sleep for the whole night , not sure why. But managed to get 1-2 hours of sleep before the alarm went crazy. LOL! Woke up at 4am to get myself prepared to the airport.. Surprisingly, im not sleepy due to lack of sleep but was super energetic... Hehe... Even Woofy also feel amazed, because usually I will sleepy like a baby and never feel so willingful to wake up at such wee hours in the morning.

We left Tune Hotels LCCT at 5am, and head to LCCT by shuttle bus. Although it is just 5am, the crowd was amazing at such time! Mcdonalds were packed at that time. We faster checked in our luggage, and head to McD for breaky. Although the crowd is huge, we still managed to find a seat for us. Finally after the breakfast, we headed to boarding area and get into the plane.

The flight departed on time, and we reached Hong Kong at 10am. Instantly, we experienced the rich culture of HK. As we were having our passports checked at the immigration, the officers were talking to each other. But that was fine, because they're doing quick jobs, and not slacking. But as we listen to their conversation, it's full with words like t*u, g*o, l*n, etc etc etc... Woofy and I looked at each other, and we're like "WTF?". Haha, really a culture shock.

After that, we proceed to purchase our Octopus card, and took MTR to Mongkok. We instantly amazed with the efficiency of the public transport system in HK. It is always so punctual, and the cabin is forever clean, unlike the LRT, where you can see people having picnic in the cabin. The station interchange is very very convenient too. Syok! Merely half an hour later, we reached Mongkok. Although at first we're kinda lost, but after awhile, we found that it's not so difficult to find our way afterall. After 10-15 minutes of walking, we reached our hotel! Hehe... Just as we though we can have a short rest, we were told that we can only check in at 2pm. So, we went for our lunch. Our first meal in HK was wanton mee. O.M.G. Despite abit salty, the texture of the noodle and the filling of the wanton was tremendous! Malaysia's wanton mee really kalah kuat kuat... Woofy instantly get addicted with wanton mee after that. LOL. After lunch, we walked around Nathan Road, then to Sai Yeung Choi Street, Tung Choi Street and Fa Yuen Street. There, woofy bought his working attire from G2000. HKD300 for 3 shirts, which is equivalent to RM40 per shirt only, so darn cheap!!!! Malaysia selling 1 at RM80, and thats after discount. What a bargain! We tried also dessert from Hui Lau Shan -- YUUUUUUUMMMMYYY!!!!!!

We went back to hotel for checkin in after that, and had a bath. The hotel room is seriously small, but we don't mind as it is a norm in HK. After we get ourselves refreshed, we head to Tsim Sha Tsui to go to Stars of Avenue. We walked around, took some photos, and then wait for the Symphony of Lights which was scheduled at 8pm. There was still plenty of time before the show starts, so we walked to the pier, and slowly enjoying the scenery in front of us, which is the view of Central, Causeway Bay and Wan Chai. The view gets even more mesmerizing, as the sky starts to turn dark, and the lights of the building starts to shower. We can't take our eyes off the whole view as the magic hour reached. It's just so astonishing.

Finally at 8pm, the Symphony of Lights started, and it was just like what we expected - a wonderful show! The combination of light effects and the music was so seamless, kudos to the HK government in presenting such a show to the visitors! =)

After the show, we went to Temple Street. The whole street was so long, but we enjoyed the whole walk. So many things were sold there! Later on, we had our supper at Yee Shun Milk Company. We tried the famous steamed milk and pork chop macaroni. Walaueh, freaking delicious! Kekeke... After the satisfying supper, we head back to hotel to end the day with a good sleep.

Thats all for day 1, day 2 coming up! Here's some pixies for day 1:
