KL Trip - 29th Oct to 1st Nov

My convocation was on the 31st of Oct but I went to KL earlier on the 29th as I wanted to settled everything before the date line. Actually, there was a rehearsal for the convo on the 30th but I got an interview with OSK on that day itself. So, I forgo the rehearsal and went to the interview.

Everything was new to me. My first time in mostly everything. Going places in KL was chaotic. Endless of grumbles and angers. Sigh. But it was fun. Gain alot of memories as well as knowledge. Reminder : Must get a GPS next time. Hehe.

Parents came to KL on the 30th. Wanted to bring them to 1U that nite but somehow, I ended ourselves at Sunway Piramid. Haha. Funny, rite? Then, we had our dinner at Wong Kok.

Saw a lot of ghosts and mummies that nite as they were celebrating Halloween. Wanted to get into the feel and I got this for us. Hehe. Doughnut from the famous Krispy Kreme with Halloween theme.

Then, we went back to our hotel at Putrajaya. Swt. Damn far and tiring ride for me. Cuz basically, since I reached KL, all I did was drive drive and drive. My legs damn pain. Zzzzzz.

31st Oct was my big day. Woke up early at 6am to prepare as the ceremony start at 7:30am. *post pic later, ok* hehe.

After the ceremony, we checked out from the hotel and went to chek into another hotel at PJ. Another hell ride for me cuz I don`t know how to go. But lucky, Woofy was there to guide me and managed to reach the hotel. Haiz. Dramatic.

Then, I bring my parents to place that I am more confident of which is the KL town. Easy water. Keke. =P Brought them to KLCC. Haha.

Soon, it was ard 11 plus, when I suddenly wanted to go to SS2 for thong sui. And there we go. Hehe. thong sui at KTZ. Yummy sial. Met my "bf" and we chatted awhile before he led me back to the hotel. Owe him big one.

On the final day of our trip, I finally able to bring parents to 1U and before we left to PG, I bring them to Ikea where mum bought a few pans and pots. Haha. And, I helped my friend to buy a dozen of drinks back. Swt. Haha.

We makan and minum during our time at 1U. Haha. Ate to much though. =P As I walked around, I saw this small shop selling Lok -Lok, 1 stick for RM1. So, i draged my cousin sis to join me for a small session. Hehe.

After that, we walked around again. And I saw this cute thong sui shop and I wanted to try again. There we goes. Haha.

This is called " Yeong Chi Kam Lou" Heard bout this on drama but 1st time try this. kinda yummy. Pamelo with mango and sago.

This is mum`s "Ginger with Milk"

Conclusion : It was a kinda hectic trip for us but we enjoyed ourselves very much. Hope theres more trip for us as family.

Ice cream or Gelato?

Suddenly, im craving for gelato.

Im sure most of you knows what is gelato but still, lemme tell you bits bout it. =P But im lazy to type its out, so i just quote it from wikipedia. Hehe

Gelato, or the plural Gelati, is Italian ice cream made from a liquid, milk or water; a solid, sugar, fats or sweeteners; flavorings, pastes, fruit powders; stabilizers, guar gum, locust bean, etc.; emulsifiers, mono- and digylcerides; and air. The process in which gelato is made varies on the ingredients used as it can be made using a hot process, which includes pasteurization or as a cold process which doesn't require pastuerization. Both processes require a gelato batch freezer, which makes the end product by mixing the ingredients and incorporating air. Like high-end ice cream, gelato generally has less than 55% air, resulting in a denser and more flavorful product.

In my opinion, it does taste nicer than normal ice cream and basedon the definition, it seems healthier to me. *yummmyummm*

Anyway, I had gelato at this outlet called Gelatissimo located at the Pavilion, KL during my visit in the begining of this year.

They do have a variety of choices to choose from and by just looking at those gelato, it makes me wana have they all. But it will cost me loads. =(

Its just part of the variety selection. Looks tempting?Still have the "Merry Christmas" wishes. =P

After sometime of testing those gelati, i made up my mind for 2 types of flavour but i`ve forgot what i chose. But believe me, its really really yummy.

I WANT MY GELATO NOW !!!!! *grumpy*

Califonia Pizza Kitchen

Woofy bought me to this place called CPK - Califonia Pizza Kitchen for our dinner located at KLCC during our trip to KL.

The place was kinda pack during the time we were there as we need to wait for 30 minutes for our turn. Since we havent try eating at that place and we`re not hungry, so, we wait lor.

Once we`re seated, we`re given our menu and Woofy order a salad as appetizer and of course pizza as the main course.

Below are the food that we had that nite....

The salads - The Original BBQ Chicken Chopped
Ingredient: Chopped lettuce, black beans, sweet corn, jicama, cilantro, basil, crispy tortilla strips and Monterey Jack cheese tossed together with herb ranch dressing. Topped with chopped BBQ chicken breast, diced tomatoes and scallions.

The Pizza - Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Ingredient: Grilled Jamaican Jerk spiced chicken breast with spicy sweet Caribbean sauce, Mozzarella cheese, applewood smoked bacon, mild onions, roasted red and yellow peppers and scallions.

The sauces - Chilli, Cheese powder, etc etc

The food are yummy. The bill consider cheap lor for RM 55++ including government and service charge.

The day I saw Raymond Lam

Woofy brought me to 1U on the 24th of June during our trip down KL last month. Geez, it took Woofy almost 1 hour just to find a parking space. Bad bad luck. Ish...It was my first time looking for a parking space for that long. OMG.

After we found a parking space and quickly went for our brunch at Burger King. Then, I asked Woofy to bring me to see pet located at there lor.
Soon after that, we go jalan jalan around when we heard someone singing 'Billy Jean' and then foolowed by "Ting Ting" sound. Immediately hearing that, I remember that the Minutes To Fame show aka 殘酷一叮 are in town for the Malaysian leg.

Then, I dragged Woofy to watch with me and among see people head, I catch a glimpse of Raymond Lam (林峯) and the others such as Joey Leung (梁榮忠), MyFM`s DJ Vivian Tok (卓卉勤) and also a taiwanese artist 金剛.

The above pictures was very blury coz was taken with a camera phone. Dun mind laa hor? Hee hee...

The Eye On Malaysia

During our trip to watch the F1 race at KL, I asked Woofy to bring me to visit the famous ferris wheel in Malaysia, The Eye on Malaysia.

It was drizzling that night. I just wanna take a look at the ferris wheel but Woofy took me to take a ride on it. o.O happy happy me. Hee hee.

We went to purchase the tickets which cost us RM 15 per person. It was a 12 min per ride(according to the website).

The wheel was 60 metres above the Lake Titiwangsa and overlook the famous buildings like the Petronas Twin Tower and KL Tower.

The RM30 for 2 ticket.

The famous Eye On Malaysia.

High up from the ground.

Took this inside the gondola. (kinda blurry cuz was drizzling out there)

Nonetheless, it was a fun experience. Can say once in a life time? Cuz this ride are available till the end of this year.

Sepang F1 07

*Heavy loaded with pictures. This gonna be a very long post. Sorry for that*

We went to the Sepang F1 Circuit on the 8th of April for one of the hottest race in the F1 calendar, Sepang, KL. We started our journey at 11.30am but we only reached there ard 2pm due to the massive jam along the highway to the circuit. This is our 2nd year to watch the F1 race and this time we bought the grandstand seats instead of the hillstand which we bought last year.

The race started at 3pm and ends 2 hours later. It was won by Mclaren's Fernando Alonso and his team mate Lewis Hamilton. The 3rd place went to (in my honest honest opinion, the most leng chai in F1) Kimi Raikkonen of the Ferrari team.

After the race, we quickly ran to the other side of the grandstand to watch the podium ceremony. It was my 1st time watching that ceremony live instead of in front of the TV.

We are not allow to enter the SIC area if we didn't purchase the parking ticket. Therefore, we went to buy the ticket that cost us RM50 +_+ *ouch*

The parking ticket. I'm still keeping it.Hee hee

Massive massive jam. *sweat*

Our RM199 per tic. Normal price for 1 day cost RM500 but we purchased them during their promo time. Good deal...

The Sepang F1 Circuit.

The entrance of the SIC that leads to the Mall Area where the grandstand seats are located.

This is the BMW Sauber's F1 car display at the entrance.

Cool Ferrari F430 sports car. O_o *so sexy*

The Mall Area. Lotsa merchandise for sales there.

Ferrari F1 car that driven by Kimi Raikkonen. This is the only shot I took during the race.

The podium ceremony.

Kimi claiming his trophy.

Spraying champagne time.

The Scuderia Ferrari pit wall.

A spoiled Williams that kena towed away by a truck.

Kimi during the conference after the podium ceremony.

The pit wall of the F1 teams and thats the paddock area on top of the pit wall area.

.........And and, I saw Kimi on that day. So happy...HEE HEE...=P

ps: can someone teach me how to upload video? I tried to upload the F1 video. The sound are very amazing.

Juz realised, today is Friday the 13th. Are you superstitious person?
