Baby(ies) is here!!

There are a few happy days happened last month. Thus, the title is as Baby(ies). =D

This post is for Baby no.1 which I`ve been waiting for so long and finally, she`s here. Hehe. A new member to our family!

Presenting my beautiful cute niece,Shanice Lim who`s born on 21st Aug 2011,2:52pm.

Till date, she`s 15days old now. She grew bigger day by day and cheekier everyday. For example, she dislike water so much that she will pretend to be sleeping if we fed her water. And, she`s super cranky if not given he r milk on time.

My sister said she likes water so much that her fav time is her bathing time that she will uses her legs to splash the water and laugh along. So cute. She`s easy to be taken care of to. Most of the time, she will be sleeping,sleeping and sleeping. When she woke up, its time for her milk and soon after that, she doze off again.

And, I notice something. She`s very sensitive to camera. Whenever I pointed camera at her, her eyes will look at the camera and stay still for me to shoot a picture of her.

Cant wait to bring her out and her to call me. Miss her so much now. Havent been seeing her for 2 days now. Cant wait to see her again.

Happy Birthday,Mama!!

Its my beloved mama`s birthday today and  i took half day off to accompany her today. Still thinking of where to take mama for a dinner. Mama dont like to receive present on her birthday cause according to her, today is the day where grandma is suffering in order to give birth to mama. Thus, today will be mama day off and i will be taking her to a birthday dinner just like every year. Hehe. But i have yet to decide where to bring her to. Hmmm....

Anyway, hope mama will enjoy her special day!

Movie Day with Mama

On 5th Dec 2010 is a very memorable day for me. This is cuz mama accompany me to watch movie which is very rare from her since very long time ago.

I told mama that I wanted to watch cartoon -Rapunzel (since young, mama exposed me to Disney cartoon. I got a collection of Disney`s cartoons like Pocahontas-which i watched it with mama during standard 4,Hercules - watched with dad, Aladdin-watched with mama and papa,Lion King,The Mermaid etc). I told mama that nobody gona watch with me cuz couz will be working , friends not fancy cartoon and Woofy not here. So mama was like " OK. I go watch with u" Then i was like " Really? But i want to watch 3D version." Mama said " OK. Check the time and let me know" I was so happy. Mama dont really like to watch movie in cinema cuz of the expensive movie ticket and now she said ok to accompany me and watch 3D. Whhhheee~~~

So, 5th Dec is the day we went to movie and watched the 1130am show. After movie, we went to walk around and buy stuffs which totaled up to RM80++. Kekeke...Happy day!!!

BUT, Rapunzel-Tangled is really a very nice cartoon. Way too nice and the 3D is so convincing this time. Nice graphic, nice story line, nice soundtrack. Love it...

It made me laugh and cry. Its been a long time since i cried during watching a cartoon. Im so going to buy the DVD and watch it all over again minus the 3D thou.Kekekek...

Christmas present

I received early Christmas presents from my mama. Hehe..So happy...

I reached home after work on the 30th of November. Greet mama and went into room to change. Then,I saw something on my bed....Go closer to check it out and I saw this cute pair of shoes that mama bought for me....Its Crocs shoes. Hehehehe.....

Im dont have the heart to buy one for myself but I did bought 1 pair for mama using somebody`s credit card.Hahahaha...=P

Pretty? But its getting more pretty now cuz mama bought those accessories for me to decorate it. =P

Besides new shoes, mama also bought me new bag. So happy!!! Thank you so much,mama!!!Love you so so so much....

KL Trip - 29th Oct to 1st Nov

My convocation was on the 31st of Oct but I went to KL earlier on the 29th as I wanted to settled everything before the date line. Actually, there was a rehearsal for the convo on the 30th but I got an interview with OSK on that day itself. So, I forgo the rehearsal and went to the interview.

Everything was new to me. My first time in mostly everything. Going places in KL was chaotic. Endless of grumbles and angers. Sigh. But it was fun. Gain alot of memories as well as knowledge. Reminder : Must get a GPS next time. Hehe.

Parents came to KL on the 30th. Wanted to bring them to 1U that nite but somehow, I ended ourselves at Sunway Piramid. Haha. Funny, rite? Then, we had our dinner at Wong Kok.


Saw a lot of ghosts and mummies that nite as they were celebrating Halloween. Wanted to get into the feel and I got this for us. Hehe. Doughnut from the famous Krispy Kreme with Halloween theme.


Then, we went back to our hotel at Putrajaya. Swt. Damn far and tiring ride for me. Cuz basically, since I reached KL, all I did was drive drive and drive. My legs damn pain. Zzzzzz.

31st Oct was my big day. Woke up early at 6am to prepare as the ceremony start at 7:30am. *post pic later, ok* hehe.

After the ceremony, we checked out from the hotel and went to chek into another hotel at PJ. Another hell ride for me cuz I don`t know how to go. But lucky, Woofy was there to guide me and managed to reach the hotel. Haiz. Dramatic.

Then, I bring my parents to place that I am more confident of which is the KL town. Easy water. Keke. =P Brought them to KLCC. Haha.

Soon, it was ard 11 plus, when I suddenly wanted to go to SS2 for thong sui. And there we go. Hehe. thong sui at KTZ. Yummy sial. Met my "bf" and we chatted awhile before he led me back to the hotel. Owe him big one.


On the final day of our trip, I finally able to bring parents to 1U and before we left to PG, I bring them to Ikea where mum bought a few pans and pots. Haha. And, I helped my friend to buy a dozen of drinks back. Swt. Haha.

We makan and minum during our time at 1U. Haha. Ate to much though. =P As I walked around, I saw this small shop selling Lok -Lok, 1 stick for RM1. So, i draged my cousin sis to join me for a small session. Hehe.


After that, we walked around again. And I saw this cute thong sui shop and I wanted to try again. There we goes. Haha.

This is called " Yeong Chi Kam Lou" Heard bout this on drama but 1st time try this. kinda yummy. Pamelo with mango and sago.

Conclusion : It was a kinda hectic trip for us but we enjoyed ourselves very much. Hope theres more trip for us as family.

Edelweiss Cafe @ Penang

Edelweiss Cafe is the only Swiss restaurant in Penang. I`ve heard about this restaurant long time ago but don`t really have the time to search for it until we passed by the restaurant early this year during the CNY`s open house.

Then, I started to plan to bring my mum to the restaurant on her birthday but the restaurant was closed on every Monday, so, we postponed to plan to the weekend which is on last 2 Saturday. So, together with mum, my cousin, Woofy and me, we are there for dinner.

The entrance is nicely decorated with lots of greenery.

Upon entering, the interior are decorated with antiques.


Then, we ordered some of the restaurant specialties. And, this is the food that we ordered.

Appetizer- Salad with thousand island sauce

Cheese fondue
the combination of cheese and white wine which are imported from Switzerland. (RM 75)

tasted something like Teh Tarik but riched with cinnamon aroma (RM5.50)

its a flower tea - tasted like Camomile *hahaha*=P (RM 6)

Then , me and my cousin wander about the restaurant and saw this cute deco.

The price is abit steep but considered that its a Swiss cuisine and its for mum`s birthday treat, we dont mind to slurge abit. The total bill came RM 191.95 considered service charge and tax for 4 people.

Will definitely drop by again if given the chance.=)

Happy Birthday, mama...

Today is my beloved mama`s birthday. I wish my mama all the best in her life, a long life full of happiness, peacefulness and harmony. Im so blessed to have a wonderful, caring, loving, supporting, playful and friendly mama like her.

Im so glad for being your naughty daughter. And you never failed to shower me with what you have. Loving me unconditionally , supporting me and giving me advice in everything that i do. No words can tell how much you mean to me.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY...!!!

CNY holiday!! (Part 1)

CNY celebration begin on the 1st day of CNY :

It was a kinda boring day for me. Did nothing except sending mum from temple to another to pray. Then my uncles came over to our house to "pai nian".

Fast forward to the 2nd day of CNY :

Its the day where chinese said "kai nian" (open year) where wedded daughter return home to "pai nian". So, early morning, we get ready to went back to grandma`s house and we ate lunch there. Then, mum and dad fetch grandma to relatives` house and i stayed back to help around in the house.

Then, at night, we went to another "belated reunion dinner" with my paternal family as most of my aunts from KL, Japan as well as Singapore came back. Thus, its sorta family reunion or gathering.

Although we were having dinner at a hotel restaurant, but the service was like a fast food chain. Reason : the hotel restaurant was fully booked and by a certain time, the table that one occupied will need to past to the next customers. *sweat* The food that we`re having :

1st dish: Lou Sang at 19:07 pm
2nd dish : Shark fin soup (but i think its more of "fan si" ) at 19:17 pm
3rd dish : Rebus (boiled?) prawns at 19:20 pm
4th dish : "Hou Si Fatt Choy" (oyster mushroom etc) at 19:30 pm
5th dish: Fish at 19:36 pm
6th dish : Glutinious rice at 19:40 pm
7th dish : Honeydew sago at 19:59pm
8th dish : Fried "nian gao" at 20:03 pm

Basically, we sapu-ed the whole dinner within 1 hour. Superfast!! However, the time for the adults was not enough. So they decided to go to the hotel where my aunts` staying to continue their "grandma"`s story until 11 ++ pm.

CNY reunion dinners....

My CNY celebration began 2days earlier than usual. This is because I had my earlier reunion dinner with my maternal family at my 2nd aunt`s place on the 24th of January which is the 29th lunar calendar.

Had the usual traditional must have dishes like the prawns, chicken, lobak, lotsa veges, mushroom, fishes, soup and rice. Haha..!!!

My grandma is a rather tradition kinda lady as u can see in the picture that we must have our rice in a bowl rather on the plate.

Then, on the 25th of Jan (30th of the lunar calendar) which is the important day for the Chinese as it is the actual day for having reunion dinner for family. I had another reunion dinner again with my maternal family and this time, at my grandma`s house.

Dishes was like the day before. Prawns, fishes, chicken and etc....Yummy yummy dinner and we had a lot of fun eating together although it was like another dinner together. Then, help grandma to set up for praying.

Shopping spree

Due to the megasales event going on, we had our shopping spree last weekend. At 1st, its just Woofy who wana buy some clothing for himself but in the end.....

Hehe. I cant tahan myself where i also "bought" a few things (Woofy pay laa, of course =P)

This is what we got for ourselves.

For him :

Round neck tee from Samuel and Kelvin (Rm27 - after duno how many percent) , Polo tee from Baleno (RM55.20- after duno how many percent), pants from Bossini (Rm 53.40 after discount 40%) and undies from Renoma (RM 26.91 after discount 10%). =P

For her :

Polo tee from Bossini (RM 34.50 after discount 50%), Angel long white pants from Giordano (RM 44.50 after discount 50%) and Sally Hansen`s nail remover from SaSa (RM12.90)

On Sunday, it was our family day and after our breakfast, we including my parents went to Island Plaza for a walk (note: initial plan just to do some window shopping) but...

....duno what happened to us including my parents, we went to shopping instead. =.=

For him :

Renoma tee shirt (RM45 after discount 50%) and John Langford shirt (RM32)

My dad bought 2 shirt from John Langford too and my mum bought 1 short for my god-brother.

Then, during the noon time, me and Woofy went to the PC Fair to look for some cheap gadgets. And again, this is what we got.

A pinky mouse (RM 25), 2 1 Gb M2 memory cards for our phone (RM 31 each -another 1 card is not in the picture) and 4Gb of memory card for my PSP ( RM 66)

Then, in the nite time, as we were waiting for my mum to attend a function, we went for a walk at Gurney Plaza and we buy thing again. This time is my turn.

I got a :

Pinky iPanema slipper ( RM 31.92 after discount 20%)

And, thats we had over the weekend in which we spend RM 536.23 in 2 days.

Ouch !!!! Now thats hurt...time to makan roti again and save till the next Megasales. hehe...
